Google Zeitgeist 2011: the most searched word on Google in 2011

I like +1 Tweet

Like every year , Google has published on its website titled Zeitgeist a collection of popular searches on the engine in the year draws to a close. The most searched was Rebecca Black , lead singer of the popular single "Friday" became a veritable cult object (more or less seriously) on the network. In second place we find Google + , the creature "social" of the Mountain View giant, however, followed by Ryan Dunn , television personality who died in June. In the ten most searched keywords is also another person who is no more: Steve Jobs , in the company of the elusive iPhone 5 and iPad2. Instead Battlefield 3 most searched video game. And in Italy? The various classifications produced by Google this year enable us to analyze various aspects, starting again from searches. Another person who has sadly left us too soon, Marco Simoncelli is on the top list of things looking for, followed by Dance Kuduro and iPhone 5. Our country is also seeking more than anything else the meaning of Lol , the "Tammarro" and "Nemesis", and apparently the most recurring dream about pregnant women. Mistakes, to live and love are the three deepest fears by the Italians on Google. Again for the 2011 Google Zeitgeist has released a video summary: you can find right here above.

The old version of the browser should actually also alongside IE7, replaced on XP with IE8, but on Vista and 7 will be automatically replaced with IE9. The reason for this difference, the fact that it does not work on XP. The first to see the update should be forced Windows users in Australia and Brazil, according to statistics held by Microsoft still wide distribution of IE6, 7 and 8 in these nations will then follow the other territories for what it is a decision more than acceptable. Especially for a browser, a technology ten years ago is almost inconceivable now, between an increasingly HTML5 launched and security issues affecting the latest versions, let alone old ones for months and months.
