According to the same report, the problem only affects the 64-bit Microsoft latest operating system and would be limited to using only the browser Safari : But one would be enough to trigger the HTML tags BSoD caused by an error in win32k.sys. Not only does the nasty blue screen as a threat, but also the possible execution of code outside the operating system by unauthorized parties. In detail, suffice to trigger the bang open a HTML file in an IFRAME tag contains an attribute height too large: if you use both Windows 7 64-bit Safari as your primary browser, the advice is therefore to be careful which pages open while waiting for Microsoft to solve the problem.
